KEUSH EXTREMIS – A Refined Rosé with Fruity and Mineral Notes
KEUSH EXTREMIS is a sparkling wine made from 100% Areni grapes, hand-harvested from the village of Khachik in the Vayots Dzor wine region of Armenia. The vines, aged between 60 and 120 years and ungrafted, grow on volcanic and limestone soils at an altitude of 1,750 to 1,800 meters, lending the wine a distinctive minerality and great complexity.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Fine, persistent bubbles, a hallmark of the Traditional Method.
Aroma: Nuances of fresh red fruits with subtle hints of biscuit.
Taste: Lively acidity and intense minerality blend with flavors of red fruits and biscuit, followed by a refreshing, lingering finish.
Aged on lees for 22 months, KEUSH EXTREMIS, ROSÉ offers a brut nature character, making it a perfect choice for an aperitif or light snacks.
